Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original SAINT box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our atelier.
